This review is for the grey color 3-gang screwless gang plate. I got this as a lower cost alternative to the Lutron plates and prefer the seamless surround that gives it a nice and clean look. Compared to the lutron plates that have a visible seam around the faceplate and Leviton does not (See attached photos for this comparison). I selected the grey color since I’ve purchased Lutron Claro Grey 1-pole switches. The Lutron Grey and Leviton Grey are close enough in hue from far away that they appear to match. I recommend the grey faceplates to those with matching color themes. Note that the baseplate where the decora switch/dimmer/occ sensor is mounted to is white, the cover that snaps over it is grey. When it comes to 3-gang faceplates the fitment of decora shape switches and dimmers is good on the Leviton. See photos for additional information where I also show it in comparison to a Lutron Faceplate.

Leviton has shown great quality in their products and this light switch is one of them. I have switched to all Leviton decora switches and slowely switching to the screwless plates. The plates look so much more nice and “clean” without the screws. The switch cover plate snaps on well and holds up without issues. I have installed the single gang also and next will do my double switches! Great, clean looking upgrade to any room for any skill level and even VERY detailed instructions on the back.

This grey 3-gang screwless wall plate is easy simple and quick to install (about 3 minutes). Simply remove the 6 screws and the original plate, then install the inner plate of the new system using the integral 6 screws provided in it. After this, the outside grey cover plate is pressed onto the inner plate and the job is complete. The new look is a very clean design.

We use the Leviton screwless wall plates throughout our house to "dress up" our Decora and Lutron switch installations. At first it's subtle that there are no screws visible but people notice that detail. And frankly it looks a lot cleaner and is easier to keep clean than wall plates with screws.

To finish off this project a new 3 gang screw less cover plate was selected. the switches are gray so a matching gray cover plate was selected, the switches and cover plates come in all the normal colors so you can match your existing colors in the house. The cover plate is two pieces, the first part screws onto the switches where a normal cover plate would screw on and then you just press the smooth cover plate on top for a finished look.
