It was what it said it was and it said it was on the store shelves but I couldn't find it so I had it delivered.
The fact that I needed one of these in a pinch and this is one that is "Un-Breakable" was a huge success venture on my part. Just fine tuning all of the switches to ensure alignment and fit was a bit tedious, but is no reflection on this part.
Made by the manufacturer, of most of the switches we use, and its nylon....it may cost pennies more, but it's worth it. This latest job has 4 - 4 gangs and 4-3 gangs, and we haven't gotten to the shop/garage yet. Highly recommend them.

Plate arrived at the house quick, it was an easy install and looks great!
Leviton has really gone downhill!
The screw holes are no longer holes but rather a box that the screws do not fit through. You have to use your fingers to get the screws started then they don't line up or bury past the face. What you end up with are screws not properly seated in the face plate. In addition I installed a Leviton blank in one of the openings so I could Velcro a remote to it. The 3 outlets extend past the face nicely maybe 1/16" but the blank is flush.
Attractive 4 Gang (Switch/Outlet Cover Plate
Simple and sufficient cover plate does the job without calling attention to an outlet box. I prefer the cover plates without the visible screw heads. The Chula Vista store had one (1) 4 gang plate - no other choices. I was thankful to complete our project.

Like that this is slightly larger to fit around the 4 outlets, so it looks so much nicer.
