Not impressed

It seems like a great chair but?it was supposed to include and Allen wrench and did not. Luckily we had one that fit - or so we thought. Four of the sixteen bolts that hold the legs on were different size. Again we had a tool so we were able to put it together. The zipper pouch under the chair that holds the legs came with a broken zipper. The chair that was supposed to be grey looks more like green. We had no idea this chair didn't come put together.

Looks great but.....

Looks good but is VERY uncomfortable. My cat is using it as a scratch post and I'm not even mad at him. Not happy.

Your chair is great except the cushion is too hard. However, since I made my decision to buy this item entirely on your website it's not your fault. If I had come to your store I would have made a different choice.

Uncomfortable chair

The difficult aspect of ordering online is the fact that you can't test it out. This chair proved that point. It is very uncomfortable/hard as a rock.

The color is spot on. It is more of a burnt orange, not a bright orange. The seat cushion is hard. Very hard! I think we will ultimately look at replacing the foam. I weigh 250 lbs and do not sink down at all. The chair is a mixed bag when it comes to quality. The material looks and feels very good. The legs are solid. The chair feels solid enough but it is really light weight for such a large chair. Obviously not hardwood framed. We think the chair looks so nice that we're keeping it and will order another. But it really does seem overpriced for the quality. Somewhere around $250 would be more appropriate for this level of quality. You're definitely paying for looks!

Acceptable

The chair itself is easy to put together, with just the legs needing to be screwed in. It looks just like it does in the picture, and I like that the legs are made of wood. The bottom fabric is stapled to the frame, and some of the staples, which were pretty flimsy, came out completely, some I had to hammer back in. So it seems that the chairs were made in a big hurry. The seat is very high. Good for tall people. If you're short like me, pass on by, your feet will not reach the ground. The 2 chairs I ordered arrived a couple of days apart. One of the chairs smelled as if it had been buried in curry powder for a month. I can still smell it when I enter the house.
