Good pillow

I'm sure this is a good pillow but it wasn't the one in the picture. So I returned it. I didn't get my shipping charges back but at least I'm not stuck with a pillow I don't want.

The perfect balance of softness and support

Actually I was pleasantly surprised a very nice product I've been using for 2 weeks. It's soft enough but still supportive. Finding that balance of softness and support is not easy. Definitely would recommend this pillow for people who like pillows on the softer side.
