This is the second time
This is the second time and the plant was not delivered to me but was returned to your Florida facility due to damage in transit. Maybe I should cancel the order?
No plant and terrible customer service
I ordered a tall cactus months ago and have not received it, although I received a notice from FedEx that it was received by someone not in my household. I tried to call and email numerous times and got only an automated response. About 3 weeks ago I finally reached a human who told me that it was damaged in shipment and a new one would be sent in 7 to 10 business days. Since then I’ve gotten no update from the company. I could only get an automated response that if I left my number someone would call me back. That has not happened! I’ve already been charged for the plant and I don’t understand this terrible customer service.

It’s kind of comical that I get a review for this item and I haven’t received it yet. I ordered it on 12-9 and this review email came 12-25. Today is 12-27 and still haven’t received it.
