I had an issue with my product, and I informed customer service. Ms. Daniela responded immediately. She asked for some photos, I got around to submit them a few weeks later because I was out of town. It's like the same day I sent the pictures to her, I received a reply informing me that the parts were shipped and on the way to me. --it was already in FedEX! Amazing!! My husband and I were very surprised It was a delight to deal with Daniela, she exceeded my expectation. I have several of their products, but never had to deal with customer service issues. Terrific Customer Service

We've had Lifetime basketball hoops for many years (3 in fact), and have used them all the time to our great satisfaction. Recently, we needed a replacement part (a bolt and nut). We called Lifetime customer service, which was terrific. We got a live person right away, and they had the replacement part sent to us immediately. They sent us tracking emails, and the entire process was seamless. It was a pleasure working with Lifetime. Gotta go shoot some hoops....

Awful Product

This Lifetime basketball hoop is just awful. About one hour into the assembly of the first hoop I bought, a part broke. I returned the entire hoop to the store and picked up a second hoop. Two hours into the assembly of that hoop, I found that a part was missing. Headed back to the store for the third time in three days to see if I can open a box and get the one part I’m missing.

Had to disassemble hoop to move it and lost some specific pieces. Gave Lifetime the part numbers and without hesitation they are sending me replacement parts. Well worth the premium price of the basketball hoop to have customer service be so amazing.

Replacement Cap

What amazing customer service! A crazy windstorm blew over my Lifetime basketball hoop last week. Somehow, the water sealant cap for the basin cracked and needed to be replaced. The folks at Lifetime helped me identify the proper replacement part, and are sending me a replacement, no questions asked. They were easy to deal with and quick to respond. Much appreciated.

Great Net but instructions are horrible

I bought this basketball net and everything was great but the instructions were very poorly illustrated and were very hard to follow. That’s why I give it a four out of five star.

Bought this from Costco today. It took 2 hours to assemble (by myself). Wish some of the instructions were more clear, for example which nuts and bolts to hand tighten and which ones to tighten with wrench. Another request would be to try and keep simple sizes for the bolts and nuts. 1/2” 9/16” 3/4”, you need to have your entire tool chest out for this. Screw drivers, wrenches, drill. Make sure you are well prepared.

Flimsy

I bought this hoop about two weeks ago. I’m very disappointed. It’s not very sturdy. Everything shakes when the ball hits the rim.

This product was so easy to put together, and has been so durable - our five kids have gotten hours of practice on it! After we moved, we lost some parts and when I reached out to customer service, they UPSed them right away - at no charge!! Emily is the kind of customer service agent I wish we had 100s of at my company. Customer for life!!

I got to section 5 with the trigger and inner channel. Nothing really fit or worked properly so I have given up and am just going to the dump the whole thing in the

I love my goal, it’s sturdy and it wasn’t so hard to put together. If I was able to get it together anybody can. I would recommend this goal to anyone!!

this system is a very high quality system that was fairly easy to set up and use. the only problem with it thats keeping it from being 5 stars for me is honestly the net isnt that great but besides that like i said it is a very good and hugh quality system

Poorly made.

I bought this about a month ago now, and my kids love playing with it. However, I'm not sure how long it will last. We purchased this and then assembled it the same day. While assembling it we found that the base is extremely flimsy. We worried if and how long it will actually support the pole and hoop. We figured that perhaps once it was filled it would work better but it did not. When we stood it upright, the base cracked! While we were filling it, we noticed that it was already broken and had additional holes in it where the water leaked out. It is not sealed tight! So now in order to use this basketball hoop, we have to keep a bag of sand on top of it to keep it from falling over and I'm not sure how long it will last. I only keep it up because my kids love it so.

Serious slam dunk product!

Built like a tank! This is a sturdy product. It is not easy to put together and you really do need two adults working in it; however the instructions are very thorough and the packaging makes it very easy to identify all the pieces for assembly (individual bags are labeled and contain all the pieces for each step in the directions). Customer service was very responsive despite operating during a pandemic. Very pleased with my purchase, but not as much as my kids are now that they can play hoops at home and social distance responsibly.

Height Adjustable failure

After spending hours assembling this system and running to the hardware store since the package had missing hardware not the height adjustment will not adjust. Took it apart and reassembled but still no avail.

Help with broken basketball hoop parts

I had a very good interaction with Heidi who assisted with getting a couple replacement parts for my basketball hoop which was a little damaged. She was very helpful and even called back to confirm one last time to ensure the order was correct. Very nice and thorough. I know it is a busy time, so much appreciated.
