I need to speak to you or the manufacturer as it’s not working and the hydraulic system for the roof is broken

Great quality and assembly instructions.

My garage was getting a little too tight, and I looked for a small shed to house the snowblower and a few other items. This one was perfect for my needs. I was particularly impressed with the relative ease of assembly. My wife and I watched the assembly video before we gave it a try. It made assembly much easier! Great idea to have a video. It all went together easily and seems sturdy enough. Now I don’t have to worry about hitting the snowblower when I pull my car into the garage!

The fittings for the doors did not fit well, door still unable to close, I had to grind holes in to the metal which sat within the door frame, way too may screws and parts to assemble shed, numerous holes had to be made before parts fit, most of the holes did not have any markings. Shed looks great but was too much hassle to put together from scratch.

Quite large but not to difficult to build I recommend this product it holds loads of garden equipment

I installed this last week, and I'm really pleased with it.

The product is great but the condition it arrived was not. It looks like the box had been punched by one fork of a forklift and another corner was torn. There were several corners of the shed that were bent, and there was a dent in one panel. I knew there would be issues when someone in the shipping process had to seal-wrap the box closed due to the damage to it.

The direction were very well written and easy to follow. No issues what so ever. Product is very well built and sturdy. I was able to fit 3 garbage cans side by side inside.

Brilliant Storage Shed

I honestly can’t say enough about how good this shed is. I have never in my life found anything as well designed when it came to putting it together. Every piece was individually labelled and matched perfectly to the printed construction manual. All the screws and nuts and bolts were all supplied in individual blister packs which again matched up with the instructions. When I opened the box even the pieces I needed first were packed at the top of the box. It was hard to go wrong putting this together even if you tried. The final item was robust and solid and just what I needed. Brilliant!

Excellent product and exceptional service

Overall it works as intended, is big enough for bikes, and materials are sturdy. The design has a few features of which you should be aware. The lid, back panel, and base are two-part construction. That leaves a seam down the middle. Some reinforcement may be in order for certain uses. It is important to align all of the panels correctly especially the hinges for the lid. One of the lid closing pistons was so stiff the hinge bent, but that was pounded back into shape with a small sledgehammer. I used the box to move a bunch of artwork and added a three-quarter inch plywood base and casters. Worked great.

To be honest the price seemed to be a bit salty, but it was in line with other retailers, so I went ahead and ordered it anyway, and I'm glad I did!!

Perfect shed for my home

The shed is perfect but the delivery did not leave it on the balcony so it wouldn’t get wet and left it in front of the garage door where it was raining and the whole box got wet and it was difficult to put it together

Was a great storage box, until a small wind storm flipped the lid up. Needs to be weighed down and locked for the future. Wish there was a parts page, so I could get replacement hydraulic arms and hinges. Resin pieces still held up strong.

Extremely flimsy. Cheaply made.

I bought this back in March from Sam’s Club and because of the weather wasn’t able to put it together until recently. I bought this to keep my grandchildren’s outdoor toys in. It was a waste of money. Very flimsy and water gets in every time it rains. I wished I wouldn’t have purchased it.

Perfect for garden tools

I needed a compact storage option for my gardening supplies, and this shed fits the bill perfectly. It came in great condition, and the delivery team was courteous. My husband and I assembled it together in about an hour.

IMPOSSIBLE to assemble by yourself RETURNED ITEM!

Idiots packs in the box where the first pieces needed are on bottom, forcing all items to be removed to get to first 2 pieces. Who does this crap?

Durable and easy assembly

I love my new shed! It looks good, and is sturdy. Additonally, I had to call the manufacturer for a part and their customer service is excellent! Happy customer.

This is a great storage shed. I love lifetime products. They are always solid quality and last! Be sure you have a level surface. We have 2 of them on pea gravel and it works but would be better on a solid base.
