Sturdy, subtle and well built

Well engineered and produced product. You can feel the quality. Unfortunately the manufacturer relied on these qualities to get it thru today’s shipping system. The minimum cardboard and plastic strapping offered little protection and it arrived damaged upon opening.

Works great, good quality, water tight.

The deck box is great! But this was the second one. The first came in damaged.

The deck box is well made and fairly easy to assemble. It seems pretty sturdy and plenty of room inside.

Fit perfectly in space needed with accurate measurements listed. Holds almost all the cushions and pillows of outdoor sectional.

Nerve-racking

I like the fact that it was American made, but putting it together was no different than the foreign country products that I’ve put together holes weren’t lined up. Metal bracket wouldn’t fit correctly. It’s too much work to put this thing together.

Wow!!!!!!!!

I bought this a week ago, finally put it together, or at least tried, some of the holes weren’t lined up to where they were supposed to be screwed into the bar that they give you for the for the lid was unbelievable to put in. I am a patriot and a veteran, this box seem to be something that was made from another country. I purchased it because it was made in the United States. The videos were useless. I never give bad reviews, but I had to be honest with this one. This is my last lifetime box and I have four of them at my house .

The directions, when, using an electric drill or battery powered drill, should advise the installer when putting the screws in to do it on low torque torque command so you won’t strip them out

Second time trying to purchase this, 1st never arrived, 2nd box has missing pieces...low rating is due currently to all the mess ups just trying to get this item. The item itself maybe wonderful, I have yet to see the item as assembled.

Lifetime of Frustration

There is a design and/or manufacturing defect that prevents the sides from sliding into place. The pins are too short, which makes it impossible to install without damaging anything. Lifetime has to go back to the drawing board with this one. Not sure why it is still being sold?

As Expected

Sturdy, well made. I could only fit about 4 patio couch cushions in it. I didn’t realize how much space they actually take up. Keep that in mind when purchasing. But the product itself is great.
