The Nourison Scrolling Ivory Vines Rug is the perfect compliment to our outdoor seating area. The black color appears to have a bit of a dark blue tint, but not enough to send it back. The softness of the short pile is an added bonus.

Defect in the weave

I bought three Safavieh area rugs at the same time. Two of them are lovely and just what I wanted. This one is nice but there is a defect in the weaving that is about 10 inches long. It doesn't jump out at you, but I noticed the second day. It's not an expensive rug so I don't know whether to lower my expectations or go to the trouble to try a return.

Looks good,cleans easy

Used as entry way rug. It's great that it's thin abs the door (with weather protector) can open easily over it. Cleans easily with vacuum

Searching For The Perfect Rug - Found It!

I love this rug (and the company that makes them! The rug is sturdy, good quality and easy to care for. Being an indoor/outdoor rug it is versatile. I am three of them (2 purchased from WALMART) in my kitchen where there is a lot of ‘traffic’. The rug nicely disguises the wear and tear on the wood floors until I can afford to refinish them again.

I have owned many outdoor patio rugs but never experienced them staying wet for days after it rains like this one. I have it under my patio set and hate how it's always wet even it rains a couple times a week. It must be the material. It stated that it's free from mildew so we will see. I haven't had it long and need to roll it up to put it away for winter but I can't because it's wet and I need to figure out a way to drape it over something until it's dries. Very large rug so it will be difficult. I live in wis. and wouldn't recommend buying this rug unless you live in a state that has lots of sunny days and doesn't get much rain! It was expensive so I'm very disappointed.

Not fade-resistant

I purchased two of these rugs and immediately the color faded from a vibrant orange to a pastel orange, only the sections that were in the direct sun. The covered areas are still vibrant, which creates a splotchy and unattractive effect. I've only had them 3 months!!!

perfect for my needs!

i'm using this as a 'lawn patio' rug. my grass is dead and my real patio has a nasty floor dip, so i got this for my raised bed/container garden. i use 6' folding tables to put the containers on, which i put on the rug. it looks GREAT! and its very solid, it holds the tables with no problem, or sign of tearing, and with three tables plus plants, that's a lot of weight! i hope i can find at least one more this summer,two would be better. very, very impressed with this rug. it has looks, style, strength, and quality throughout. worth every penny!
