Poor quality.

I order the chevron weave blanket and received the basket weave instead. When I opened up the plastic bag the first thing I saw was a huge snag. It wasn’t even out of the packaging. Poor quality not a tight weave. Returning it for my Chevro

Don't believe the hype- GREAT BLANKET!!

Gorgeous blue blanket! After reading other reviews, which I consider with caution, I decided to go ahead and get a king size just in case it might shrink some- it didn't, in fact, it's just perfect for my "full" size riser bed. It didn't have a strong odor, no odor at all, as do reviews of blankets on several sites that I researched. I soaked it in a large bucket of hot water and a tiny bit of detergent until the water cooled off, then hung it over a tall free standing clothes rack that I had put in the bathtub to let it drip dry enough so that I could put it in the dryer. Only a handful of lint came out of it, so don't believe the hype about handfuls of lint coming out of the dryer. It's relatively heavy, but if you hold it up to the light, you can barely see through it, which is only because of the weave pattern. I only found one 2" piece of string on the hem which slipped off easily. It's very substantial for Florida winters. I love the basket weave pattern and the shade of blue. After seeing how nice this blanket is, I ordered 2 more colors. Seriously- get this blanket!!
