Very pleased with the pergola and the video was a great help with assembly. Was able to fully assemble by myself

Ordered this pergola on 8/16/24, was delivered on 9/3/24 but it was the wrong item. Asked for the one that I originally ordered to be shipped, but I am still waiting on a status update.

It was not my style wrong choice for me so i had to pay $250. To return it which was upsetting and disappointed

I'll just summarize my experience with the Bellucci 14x10 ft pergola with canopy purchase.

It is beautiful, I recommend , customer service is so awesome as well delivery personnel, the box came in damaged and wood inside and they replaced in a jiffy. So happy and very satisfied, thank you Wayfair for carrying beautiful products, will shop again

Its wonderful! Put it together in two days, with just two people. Provides plenty of shade. Just unfortunate that the price dropped 700 after we made our purchase.

We are very happy with our Pergola and with the quality of the material and is of assembly. It looks even better than we had expected! We left off the shelves to give it a more open, feel and enjoy that you can still see the outline of trees through the canopy cover. It’s great!

Love it exactly as shown

The structure seems sound and looks good. The instructions are photo only but the pieces are labeled well so assembly wasn’t difficult. My only disappointment is with the way the cover attaches to the structure. The top has grommets and you screw them into the structure to hold it in place. When tightening, the grommets break down and fold up so plan on replacing them or possibly use washers to help prevent them from breaking.

Easy kit pergola

This product was timely shipped, only took 1 person to put together and little assistance to put up. All of the parts were included and easy directions. We read other reviews that were helpful for the do's and don't's. Definitely recommend putting a good sealant on the wood before you construct it.

Absolutely beautiful

Love it now that it's together. There were a few installation errors by the manufacturer. Grateful that we were able to adjust them properly.
