Box Arrived Open %26 Terrible Customer Service

Purchased and the box was dropped off opened and ripped up. Tried to return with Walmart and got denied, said I had to reach out to the seller. Finally after all their emails going to spam I got ahold of someone who tried to give me a $20.00 credit, which then turned into a $60.00 credit or I could return the package but take pictures of it taped up and shipped back paying them $70.00 and hopes that I would actually get my money back. This is a nightmare.

there wooden slats were completely cracked and there was a major dent on the fabric sides.

Worth the money

Took us about two hours to assemble. Only because the screws head were different sizes of “Allen key”. But the price for this bed was great. Nice color. Easy to lift.

Perfect instructions. Came with extra hardware. Perfectly packed to prevent damage. Took me by myself 4 hours to put together. Take breaks in between and soon you’ll have a beautifully made bed.

love the bed! got the olive yellow and the color was spot on. be careful following the instructions, can be just a little confusing with the labeling.
