The look and feel of the washcloth l is super. I love the color and want to add more. They wash and dry wonderfully and speaks to the quality. Waffle on one side provides an added texture and dries quickly.

Love, love, love the charcoal waffle towel set. I’ve been looking for a new set of towels for our master bath. After the third try I finally discovered Cozy Earth. The towels are soft but wash up well. They look fantastic in our bathroom. I’ve recommended these towels to whoever will listen. Just recently purchased a set for my sister for Christmas, too.

Thick luxurious and decadent!

Super thick and comfy, these hand towels make drying your hands feel special every time I use them. I purchased the set with the bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths and I get the hype now. I love the color (dark grey) but these towels are so luxurious, I just love using them. They are on my list for Xmas gifts this year too! Thx, Cozy Earth!

My new favorite washcloths!

I had stopped using bath rags years ago in exchange for muslin cloths. Not anymore, these washcloths are so soft and tightly woven. I use the non waffle side to remove makeup and it wipes right off with ease and no roughness.

Disappointing

Almost $200 for 2/2/4 and a mat. Expected more than one washing before fraying.

Love the Towels

I absolutely love the towels and the wash cloths. The softness level is amazing! The terrycloth fabric feels so gentle for my sensitive skin.

Incredible quality! I was looking for a towel set after mine have continued to get destroyed in the dryer and kept pulling apart. I like the waffle material very absorbent. I’ll see how these hold up and most likely order more! Invest in these towels!

Snark and Insults from Customer Service

I purchased a waffle towel "bundle." The bath towels are wonderful, but both the hand towels and washcloths had loose threads and pulls. I tried to exchange them in a frustrating process that ended up with a customer service sending a snarky message that started, "Hello Karen ..." My name is Pam, and we ALL know what a "Karen" is. I pretended it was a real response though, and asked for more information. I never got a reply. I returned the faulty merchandise and don't plan to purchase from this company again.
