It's doing its job
What a great little invention. It keeps people from turning on a certain outdoor light that I have to reset every time someone does! I like the fact that it has one open size so I can stick my finger in there and use the switch if I want to.

The ones i ordered were supposed to be clear and the ones i received were white. I cannot use rhem
They fit, they match. Easier fix than hard-wiring the switch to "on" (my contractor's suggestion).

Great for switches you don't want to accidentally turn off, or on, depending on the equipment.

Protective electrical switch cover
These cover protectors work great and look good too. Easy to install on any switch you want left on or off. It has access to turn the switch on or off when needed as well!
The switch guards perform as described. Preventing unintended switch issues, while allowing easy use of switch when desired. I have motion sensor lights and the switch needs to be always on, and with the gang light switches family members often hit the wrong one. The guard does its job well in preventing accidental switch flips.

Prevents accidental or unthinking turning of a toggle switch
The switch guards work well, We put them in an airbnb that had a couple switches that we did not want turned off. Someone could reach around the closed part since only one side is blocked, to turn it on, but it would take a deliberate effort.

Has slit on side making the whole thing useless.
Looks good and effective at preventing accidental power offs but still accessible for intentional power downs.
