The box went through a war
The box was very damaged and the branches on tree were too. Someone was supposed to email/call me about the damage but I guess they really didn’t care.

7ft Pre-Lit LED Palm Tree Artificial
I purchased the 7ft and the 5ft Palm Trees for a Jungle theme party. The 7ft tree is completely missing the connecting middle section’s power connector and the 5FT palm tree has two large branches that won’t light up. Very poor quality. Put together sloppily. Definitely not worth the price. Now I am going to have to go through the hassle of getting replacements or be refunded.
Easy to assemble. Great looking. Wish the light string for the tree trunk stayed in place more easily.

Easy to put together, Palms are easily adjusted. Lights are perfectly spaced.
Broken Promises
Ordered this for oir Christmas Tree for this yesr, originally promised on 12/21, then 12/28, 12/30 could have been our New Year Tree, now 01/03!! Not real happy with this at all !!
The tree is tall and all of the lights were operational. However, the tree if far from being realistic. The trunk of the tree was wrapped in brown plastic.

Love this tree. Has real-looking palm leaves unlike many pre-lit palms that use Xmas tree branches as palm leaves. Very stable and cute
