Nice counter stools

I like the counter stools and they work well in my kitchen. The assembly was a little difficult for me, as I had to complete the task alone -- would recommend having a helper. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that other stools I have had in the past had a mechanism that automatically returned the stool seat to a fixed position. These stools do not do that, and must be turned manually. Otherwise, very nice and sturdy.

Purchased these for a hotel room. They were easy to assemble and exactly as described. The color was perfect and they added character to the room.

We are happy overall...but...

We purchased 2 of these stools....my fiance put the first one together with no problem...the second one, however, required him to drill an additional hole to secure the seat, as one of the holes was way off....and a hole for one of the legs wouldn't take the screw provided, so he had to go to the hardware store and buy a screw that would work....I think who ever was responsible for making this stool had a bad day....it all worked out in the end...

Cloth seat covers disintegrated in less than 6 months

Bought 8. Really liked color and sturdiness. However the cloth seat covers tarted to disentrate in less than 6 months. Seller did not honor 1 year fit for use warranty. Contacting Powell Furniture now...

Cute stool

It looks good and finally got it together. Took awhile to assemble and tighten the screws. The directions could have been much better to show which side should go up. I like the color and design and it sits even now.

I purchased three and they were received quickly. Assembly directions were very clear and we are enjoying them. The swivels are a bit stiff however they should loosen up with time. Beautiful chairs and very comfortable.
