Where is my order?

I ordered it a couple weeks ago and I still have not received it. They sent me a package with a pen in it saying it will be coming and asking for my patience. I assume just to satisfy that "it" was delivered in a timely manner. Now I have to waste my time calling and trying to resolve this issue. I ordered two different things and have not gotten either of them.

I liked the depth of each shelf--fit my bottles well. It does not look cheap. II also liked that I could paint it to match my kitchen cabinets.
