hard to fold
i’m at work and we have these and they’re hard to fold
upper extension portion were is connects, hinge area is cheap and flimsy. light gage material.

wanted this for my mother inlaw but it's alittle bigger & heavier than expected, will maybe order a 2-step for her but the 3-step is pretty nice, wide steps and built very well, so I'll keep this one.

So easy to walk up and down the stairs. So easy to stand for longer times on the wider steps without feet hurting. So easy to fold up and carry. So easy to tip and pull to my next location with the wheels. So easy to keep a few needed items in the top tray. So easy to carry (not light, but not difficult). So glad I purchased!

it is a well built and safe ladder but is a little heavey to carrey and store in my house
Quality Product
It is stable though bulky. Also a little weighty. I have not been able to figure out how to move it with the wheels(i’m thinking they are on the wrong side). All that aside, looking forward to using this when decorating the Tree next December!
