Inappropriate Influence for Children
Unfortunate that this is sold as innocent kids play. In my day it was the Quiji Board and Eight Ball they enticed us to buy. It's a opening to a childs mind under the guise of imagination that shouldn't be taken lightly. Def not for children.
Not great quality
Bought two different magic workshops. The first one didn’t work at all. The second one worked for a few days and then stopped. Super disappointed since it was such a cute toy!
entertaining
super cute. my granddaughter loves it.
Adorable
So cute. No potions or refills, just add water.
My potions!
Purchased on sale for my 3 year old grandson; he loves it. Adorable product.

Was as expected and the kids really enjoy it.
Frog does not interact as it should
This was a Christmas gift for my girls and they absolutely loved it in the beginning. Unfortunately the main play feature stopped working about 6 months into owning it. The toy will light up and make noise, but no matter what we've tried when you pour the water onto the frog it no longer makes noises or interacts with the corresponding pages the book is opened to, which was what makes this toy extra fun. It's extremely disappointing to spend so much money on an interactive toy only to be met with it not working properly. Toys are outrageously expensive as it is, so when you spend a ton of money on just one you would think it would work and last. Guess those days are over.
Bought as a gift, very loved
The kids of all ages were excited to play with this at the birthday party.
So cool!
I ordered for my daughter but I think I'll end up playing with it, it's just so cool. Pics don't do it justice!
Perfect for kids
I bought this for my daughter for her birthday. She absolutely loves it! The frog is one of her favorite things. Her brothers even join in and play with it with her. They’ve taken to also including her play kitchen items to stir in.
electronics died after 4 weeks
Cute toy, but the electronics started gliticning after just 4 weeks and now flashing lights are all we get
Was fun while it lasted
I bought this for Christmas and already out isn't working. This is a huge disappointment as it was our big present. When you pour the water on it nothing happens anymore. I'm not sure if a sensor is broken or what. All the lights and buttons work just not the water. Save your money.
Better than a Magic Mixie
My kids (5 and 7) love it. They like how it's aMagic Mixie with more options. It's durable, cute, and gender neutral. Some of the spells are funny. I love how its more affordable, and doesn't require water.
got it for a good price and it's awesome
My daughter loves to have potion shops and dress up as a witch, so this one was a no brainer. Good for older kids who love to play pretend. Pro tip, you don't NEED water for it to work, so that's great. I wouldn't pay the resellers price, but Walmart has a great deal on these over the holidays and it was totally worth it
My son loves it
I bought this honestly for myself. Haha. It seemed cute and fun and boy, was I right. My son <5> and I love this toy. We spent hours on Christmas playing with it.
It didn't last
My two kids loved this Magic Workshop toy right away, specially the ecoing feature, but it feiled quickly. Just after a week it is not working properly.
Small for the price
It's just ok. For the price I would have expected it to be bigger. It's also loud, with no way to control the volume. This was one of my "bigger" Christmas gifts, but my it doesn't really hold my kids' interest (ages 3 and 5). There are much "smaller" and cheaper gifts I bought that I figured would just be filler that have wound up providing them much more play than this one. Maybe around Halloween it will be a bigger hit....
Fails after a few uses, Customer service horrible!
I bought a couple months ago, and right away it started having problems. It would randomly go off in the middle of the night. Then, it got stuck in a continuous loop of the same 2 seconds of audio. The toy is completely unusable now and my kids are so frustrated! I am having an equally frustrating experience with customer service. They told me I needed to fill out a warranty claim, and then the warranty people are telling me to fill out a "contact" form. It's a similar, horrible, continuous loop. I want my money back! Total waste of a toy and poor design. Belongs in the trash! Do NOT buy!
Incredibly fun. Kids love the water element.
Kids love the frog and all the spells they can do.
It seems great but ours is defective
Santa delivered this gift but aside from the cauldron button that makes things light up and plays sounds, none of the spells work nor do the buttons work. I've tried new batteries, switch on/off/try me and nothing works. A real bummer and they're sold out so no replacement.
