Worth the wait

It took several weeks and constant monitoring of the website to get the rugs. What a difference it made to the rooms in our new house. Made the areas so much brighter. As an added bonus my daughter says “You finally bought a rug I like.” Even my son gave it a nod of approval before I sent them both to their own homes. Husband and I are very happy. It’s soft however it’s very thin. Had it been a little thicker it would have been an easy 5 stars.

After trying to find an affordable 10 x 14 rug for months I came across this at HD. It is very thin as the other reviews described. I added some padding and it made all of the difference. Colors are exactly as pictured. Material looks like it will clean up easily and the pattern definitely hides the dirt. It is an excellent value if you get the sale price.

For $690 (10x14’) the quality doesn’t quite constitute that price. And the color really should not be considered brown. It’s definitely taupe and cream with shades of gray. It’s muted which is exactly what we wanted. Our senior dog has accidents regularly so we needed a durable carpet that was still light enough to balance out the amount of natural light that comes in our living room. I would give it five stars if we paid $500 for it, but it’s very thin and not very soft. 3 stars for the color though. Too bad I can’t add photos…?

I needed an inexpensive rug to cover a large area. This rug is very thin and I had to staple it down to keep it as flat as possible. The colors are a bit more muted than the online photo. It looks old and faded. I know rugs are expensive but this is a pretty low quality even for the price. Pay a little more for something else.
