Chair won't fully open

I can't get the middle legs to touch the ground. When I sit on it they go down but when I get up, they pop back up. Also, when it rains, water pools on the material, causing it to take a long time to dry. These were not issues when I bought a similar chair about 5 years ago at Ace Hardware.

I originally ordered on line and then when I went to the store to pick up, the clerk informed me that the only chair they had in stock was slightly damaged and was on clearance, so she cancelled the on-line order and gave me the clearance price. I did notice a slight grease stain on the chair, however it did not seem damaged. The reason I rated a 2 is because it seem a little flimsy for the amount it costs. It is also a little difficult to fold and unfold and it did not come with any instructions.

Dangerous

DON'T BUY!!! I bought these about 8 months ago from Ace and within 2 weeks the first one snapped underneath me when I sat down. Ok fine a faulty product I didn't get too upset. I called ace and they told me to get in touch with the manufacturer. Two weeks ago the second one broke in the exact same spot. I am a 185 lb man and all I did was sit. Luckily I didn't have my child in my arms because I slammed my arm both times. This is a dangerous product that shouldn't be sold!
