Quality built, good instructions

Was not the grill I thought I ordered. Thought I ordered the SmartTemp version with digital temperature display on each burner and folding/compact end tables. Product description listed was misleading and not thrilled about how big and clunky it is. Will be a problem in the future but oh well.

The instructions to assembly it were really good but took my husband and I around 2 hours to assemble it. it says, it needs two people to assemble and it is true. The grill is amazing and we did some potatoes and hamburgers 🙌🏻 it gets hot supper fast and it easy to use and clean!

I love using this griddle because of how easy it is to operate, grill food, and large enough to grill multiple items at once. I appreciate the “SmartTemp Thermostat Temperature Control” feature because I don’t have to worry about undercooking or overcooking things. The grill is heavy, but easy to move around once it’s set up. We have made dinner and breakfast quickly and easily with this grill.

Comes nicely packaged! Was easy to assemble just needed an extra person. Easy to clean just make sure you prime it first. The food was amazing on it.

The set up for this grill was a little tricky and time consuming. That being said, 100% worth the effort! After seasoning the grill, slapped some steaks on there, and some veggies and just WOW! Steaks were cooked quickly, evenly and to perfection! The flat top made it simple to grill some veggies so everything was ready at the same time and best part, didn’t have to heat up the kitchen! Looks like BBQ every night for the rest of summer!

Wow, this is the best flat top we have ever owned! It took about an hour to put together, which definitely needed 2 people. It is very sturdy and has a sleek look. It sits tall, which makes grilling a way better experience instead of leaning over to cook. One of the best things about this is that you can set a specific temperature instead of just low, medium, or high. We seasoned the cast iron before using and had to make fried rice as the first meal. It cooked everything beautifully! The only thing is that the hose to hook up the propane tank is not long enough. The instructions say to face the part that hooks to the hose outward, but since it wouldn't fit, we had to turn it to the side. Highly recommend the Loco 36" flat top.

I have any purchased a grill before this is the first one that I’ve gotten through this promotion what I can say is that it seems like it’s going to be very durable from what I’ve read. Keeping it clean is gonna be very easy. It’s very easy to assemble and it performs pretty well specially with a smart feature. 

Absolutely obsessed with sturdy, heavy grill. That won’t tip over. It’s easily used and easily cleaned. Cooks fast and evenly. Easy to set temperature without burning or undercooking items. Looks beautiful outside on the deck!

this thing is sturdy and lots to put together do not discard the little wrench that comes with it ive not cooked with it no propane bottle it doesn't come with any attachments only comes with the grease trap its heavy i got this free from influencer

Worked like a champ right out of the box! Temp control is cool, still figuring out my favorite temps are for different foods. Looks good on my patio also!

Impressed with the solid build of this model. This is not the plug in model and still somehow adjusts the heat to what I set. It works great! Does it keep the heat at exactly what you set it at and stay... no, it fluctuates a little as would be expected. If you've ever used one without the SmartTemp and then used this (like I have) you'd see the difference. Five stars all day long. Great product Loco... keep it up!

So many uses, breakfast lunch and dinner

Came dented in the front because shipping. But cooks like a champ no problems at all with the way it cooks

Product didn’t work out of the box to begin with. Great looking product built well. One burner didn’t work. Getting a hold of Loco is a nightmare. Got a hold of them they said they would send some new parts. 4 weeks later still nothing. Don’t recommend!!!! Returning this griddle for trusted blackstone!

This grill was delivered in a slightly damaged box, but the contents were fine. Assembly was easy, although you may need a second person for a couple steps. This griddle seasoned nicely with even heat across the entire surface. Cooking on the Loco has been fun and easy. Also, clean up is quick and effortless as long as it is done correctly. I would definitely recommend the Loco griddle, especially to newbies such as myself.

Decent griddle but bad shipping

Ordered griddle online I received it a few days later the box was damaged badly and parts were smashed and bent throughout the box I was able to piece together but I'm very dissatisfied l

It was very easy to assemble the grill, I Love it?

Arrived with dents on the cover, one on the backs side and one on the top. Additionally, the right side hinge hardware was installed incorrectly so when you opened it rubbed against the inside of the cover. Other than that it seems to be working fine.

Love this grill. The color is beautiful. It works great. So easy to lite and control the temp. Highly recommend it.
