The gate is great design I like it . The gate and post were very large and disappointed it wouldn’t ship to my home. When we went to install there was no packing slip and NO installation information. Only a how are we doing? It took a lot of phone calls and website searching and we ended up with a diagram of all measurements of size and distance. Much more to this story but I would never by from Aleko again. Home Depot was great with what we had to deal with .Aleko bordered on rude.

This gate did not have a latch assembly or any locking capabilities. What's the purpose of having a fence without a latch assembly???

Good product but still room for improvement

The gate is nicely designed and built. Very solid. Real stuff. But the finish leaves room for improvement: there are two spots near the bottom already showing sign of rust:-(

Steel Pedestrian Gate - LONDON Style - 5 ft

Both packages were smashed and ripped open...the gate was free from damage but the posts have a ball on the top that are riveted on, both rivets broken and ball not attached. Driver took pics and made notes, telling me that customer service would call... they never have. Not too impressed.

No problems with then easy to setup like the looks and the price.only a few days to get.
