Very pretty (blue corduroy) and soft, but cushions seem to be too small for the frame, and thus there are significant gaps on the sides and in between the two pieces of the sectional. Easy enough to shore up with pillows/blankets, but slightly larger cushions would've been nice. "Assembly needed" was misleading - the only thing the assemblyperson did was take the couch out of the box - could've saved $100+ if I had known that was all they would do. Boxes arrived heavily damaged with a lot of holes/tears, but the actual furniture was untouched.

Absolutely do not purchase this item. The cushions are nonsense and do not provide any support. They are not firm enough for humans to sit on. Additionally, if you try to contact Wayfair customer support, you will get no support at all. I have been trying to speak with them via chat and I have been transferred between 4 people in under and hour. The last person told me now I need to call them. After an hour! Do not buy from Wayfair ever.

Have had the wrong couch shipped to me twice. First one (wrong material and color) was quickly resolved with All Modern shipping me a replacement and leaving the incorrect couch in my condo. Unfortunately it took me a while to unbox the second couch, since I don’t have a lot of space and am not able to just have large sectionals all over the downstairs of my condo, and was unable to find a quick way to get rid of the original incorrect couch. Upon finally unboxing the second couch, it turned out that the chaise was on the incorrect side.

I have had this couch for 3 years. My friends have all been obsessed with it and it's a known thing that everybody loves my couch. It's extremely soft, cozy, you'll really get lost in it lol. However, it sits EXTREMELY low to the ground and over time, it definitely looks and feels used. Probably after just a year, I was like dang, it's starting to look a little mushy. It still fulfilled its purpose nonetheless but it is not as easy to clean as you would think. After 3 years, (which I assume around 3-4 you should be getting a new couch anyway) it's looking so dingy I cannot even stand the sight of it lol. BUT, the reason I am writing the review is to let people know, when i purchased this couch it was 1700, in 2021. I am certainly positive they've made no changes or adjustments to it to increase longevity, therefore, I do not at all believe it's worth the price they have it at now. I know the economy is different now than it was in 2021 but there are WAY better couches out there for 2300. I wouldn't have paid that for a couch this size, which is why I bought it, because it's fairly smaller than your normal sectional. The pictures I'm providing are recent, and after a good cleaning of the couch, but clearly you can see it's a little lumpy and has lost its shape!

Company sent me two right arms. I requested the left side so they sent me a third right side, gave up and issued me a refund after two months. Now I have three half’s of a couch. Absolutely horrible.

Definitely room to improve on this couch. While the look is good, the comfort is underwhelming. We found that the sofa cushions were very soft and overall quality of the cushion inserts seems inconsistent with the $2.5K price tag. We are returning.

Sofa is so comfy and squishy! The fabric is good quality as well. It’s super low profile. I give it 4 stars because I wish it had a bit more supportfirmness. The cushions are getting a bit deflated after about 6 months. Keep this in mind if you want a more structured sofa.

VERY comfortable!!

Springs compress and you sink very low while the springs on the chaise ottoman piece are highly responsive so when you sit back you sink very low while your feet remain at a higher height. Very uncomfortable and not like the sample in the store

Love this couch! So comfortable! It’s low ti the ground but so cozy with all of the pillows that comes with it.

It’s been almost a year that I’ve had this couch. It’s very large and comfy looking! However, it is not comfortable. The cushions do not have stuffing and quickly became flat within the first couple of days. They also are not wide enough for the couch so there is a huge crevice in the middle between cushions or a few inches of space on either end of the couch between the frame and cushion. Overall, I would not order this again.

I bought this based on all the positive reviews. With so many positive, I figured I'd roll the dice regardless of the negative ones. That was a very big mistake!

We've been really disappointed with this sectional. The padding in the cushions haven't held up well at all. We are a household of 2 adults so it's not like there is a lot of wear-and-tear. Keep looking.
