the quality is good, but the one i bought at wayfair was thicker

NOT AS DESCRIBED!

This is NOT a 6" futon with a cotton cover.This is a 3-4"thick futon with a 100% synthetic, very cheap polyester or nylon cover. The fabric is not the texture or color shown in the photos. This is FRAUD. I want a full refund and everyone to BEWARE. What is shown is Twice as thick as what I received and an entirely different fabric and level of quality than what was sent to me. Also the tan "fabric" has blue markings on a large portion of it. The fabric is so thin and cheap that it cannot be used as a couch. The places where the stitches will go through the mattress look like they will tear after a couple uses. 100% false advertising. This fabric is NOT canvas. It's not even good enough to use for clothing. Directly beneath the loose weave of the nylon "canvas" is loose cotton batting. Total RIP OFF. No stretch of definition makes this either 6" or canvas. EDIT: After 34 hours the futon did expand and puff up to 4", but the other issues still stand.

Mattress Does NOT Bend

As previously stated, this mattress does NOT bend. We purchased it to have an extra bed for company. It arrived promptly and and intact. As a bed, the mattress fits the Somette Monterey Futon frame that we also purchased for it. But since the mattress does NOT bend so we only got half what we ordered, a bed but no sofa. Also, it took my husband three hours to assemble it. After a long time on the phone, the company agreed to refund us half what we paid for the mattress. Had I known we were dealing with Overstock, would not have purchased. The customer service person was very kind and helpful to work with.

This is not made for a futon. It comes as a huge queen mattress. If your buying it for a futon it won't fold or fit your futon frame. Other than that I'm sure it is quality queen mattress.

The canvas futon mattress is very nice great quality and fits perfectly. Would totally suggest purchasing it for your home or great for dorm rooms. Heavy to pick up but once it is on the frame it stays in place

Sadness

Sent back! Bought the wrong mattress! Looked very nice and fluffy! Wish I kept this one instead! Color is nice. But always check the measurements first!

Arrived on time and packaged well

Shipping was quick. I haven't opened the mattress yet because I'm waiting on my house to be ready for my son and I to move into. Will update after I open it use and he gets to sleep on it!!

This mattress is at best 4" thick.

Sent me a double of the same item on the same day. Had to have it returned.

It doesn’t look like the picture. maybe 8” but not 12” thick. It slide all over the place maybe manufacturer should put straps on the back to secure it to frame. The color and comfort get the four stars

Excellent quality. Thick and comfy! Definitely recommend the 12" mattress verses 10" or less. Makes a huge difference.
