First order was returned; no communication with us as to why. Second order is now lost in transit, shipping company won't deliver.

This cabinet was a great purchase. The color is true to how it appears online and while it's tall, it fits in the small office we placed it in very well. Better than two drawer lateral file cabinets we had previously purchased.

Rickety; waiting on replacement

All drawers open with difficulty, and two of them at the same time, which is dangerous because cabinet may tip over. I left a message as stated on documentation, but never received a call back. Had to call Office Depot, and they will replace it. I'm hoping the 'new' one is a little better.

Decent File Cabinet, but lock not great

this is a decent quality unit, heavy. only issue i have is the lock only locks 1 side of the drawers so not really a deterrent. one quick pull on it and its open.
