I cannot give this any stars since I have not been able to get the correct product. Replacements were sent twice, but still have not received the correct size. This is supposed to be a 30” tray, but I have received a 25” tray all 3 times, even after speaking with a Wayfair representative.

Matched my desk perfectly and appears to be good quality. Relatively easy to install, at least as easy as anything is going to be when you're laying flat of your back, holding the tray above your head, and screwing it in all at once.

I bought this tray because I needed a second keyboard I wanted kept out of the way when not using it. It has an adjustable height, so it can accommodate various keyboard heights. Minimum height appears to be about 2”, from bottom of desk to bottom of tray which is not obtrusive. It is frustrating to install unless you have more than a couple of inches or more clearance on both sides of the tray. It’s wide which was awkward to install on one side next to some drawers. Other than that, it works well and feels stable. What might help on installation is to have a longer drill screwdriver bit than I did.

It arrived on time and packaged like a valuable item. Truly packaged like a valuable gift. This is why sometimes it's better to spend a little more to enjoy true quality. There were extra parts and simple instructions. Only three things to do really. Not a lot of parts at all. Easy five minute assembly.

Works as intended

Not much to say other than it works as it should. Pretty easy to install, although the instructions are sparse and the diagrams could be clearer, but once you figure out how to orient everything, it's pretty simple to install. I only ran into one issue, but really it's more my fault than anything. Before I attached to my desk, the tray would completely recess into the track but after installing it on my desk the right just barely doesn't go back all the way. I am almost certain it is because I didn't quite install the right rail perfectly straight so it is applying just enough pressure to pop out the right side of the tray, but it only pops out a couple centimeters so it's not really worth uninstalling, drilling new holes in my desk, and reinstalling. If you're more careful than I am, it'll work completely as intended. The tray feels sturdy, no wobble or anything. The color of the wood is quite accurate to what you see online, so if your desk color is close to the image you see online, then it should be a good match. For the price, this was definitely worth. I'd recommend it if you need a permanent desk tray instead of the ones that just clamps to your desk.

While working from home I decided I would like a keyboard tray to make my work situation more ergonomic. I ordered it online on Friday. It was delivered on Saturday! I was expecting it on a Monday, since it said 2 business day delivery. We had it installed before I started work on Monday. It fits my regular sized keyboard, mouse pad and mouse. The slides are very smooth and quiet. I am very happy with this purchase.

Straightforward install. I had to turn the desk upside down to do it. That was the most time consuming part. It's just a simple shelf. Seems to work well for us.

For some reason, the beautiful Magellan desk I bought did not come with a keyboard tray -- BIG omission! However, this tray matches it perfectly, was simple to install, and feels very solid.
