Nice Chairs, Awful Quality Control

These chairs are very nice looking and (somewhat) comfortable. They suit my office waiting room purposes well. HOWEVER. I bought 2. One is great. The other.... EXTREMELY crooked. Overstock sent me a new one. It was worse! The problem is in the way they assemble. There are metal grooves that slide together. It's a cool design, really. The problem is... when they are assembled those grooves need to be attached with some precision or else they can't be assembled without being crooked. You can clearly see on the seat where the grooves are off. Overstock has been great in sending replacements, etc... I'm still waiting on a new seat so that I can have my second chair put together. So while the replacement policy and communication has been great and I like the chairs it has been a huge hassle and I still only have one chair. I'm also a bit concerned that this is going to continue.
