makes noise and not very comfortable...not worth

was expecting this chair to be the one that has a good cushion and better support for back but it turned out the chair makes some squeaking noise when i sit on it and also not very comfortable. Called the officesupply support and their return/replacement window is just 3 days to report any problem, by for that is the worst return policy. I should have just got something from a local office supply store rather than buying online. They asked me to contact the manufacturer but they never answer the phone. Just a waste of money on this chair.

Comfortable but shotty material on the arm rest.

This is a really nice looking chair. It's very comfortable even when having to sit for long periods. I've only had it for 5 months. I'm the only one that uses it & I was surprised that the material on the arm rests is ripping. The area where your arm's rest, and the sides of the arm rest have multiple small rips. I'm so disappointed and am already needing to replace it. I can't recommend buying this chair.

I’ve had these chairs in the past and they are amazing, great for the back and great for the wallet. You get an amazing chair at an amazing price. You won’t be disappointed.

Decent Chair for the Cost

The setup was easy. The feel is nice and very comfortable but the arm cushions wear out quickly.

Awesome chair!!

I had been looking for this chair for a while!!! was so pleasantly surprised when I found out Walmart was selling it. I love it!!!! so comfortable, I can sit on the chair for hours (working from home) without getting back pain!!! Love it ! Love it!!

Extremely well built. Plenty of cushion especially in the seat.

Very comfortable. Particularly the seat. This is what attracted me to this product. I have problems sitting and looked for a long time for a chair that had a well built seat. This is working great so far.

Just an okay chair.

Left arm came loose and began to wobble after 5 weeks of very light use. Turns out there are 2 self tightening nuts concealed under a plastic plate inside the arm rest that hold the swivel arm on that had worked loose. I practically had to dissemble the entire chair to get at them and tighten them back up. They were either not tightened at the factory during assembly, or this is going to be an ongoing problem.

Comfortable & adjustable

Extremely comfortable. I like the adjustable arms. The chair sits on a higher base than other chairs and that is exactly what i had been searching for. After purchasing & return 3 similar chairs. Very simple to put together. I have worked from home for many years and find it easy to sit in this for long periods of time.

Comfortable Chair

I received the chair today. It was delivered quickly and for the best price I could find. This Lorell chair was very easy to put together and had decent directions. I would say about 15 minutes to put the whole thing together. It is overall pretty comfortable and it seats deeply as well. It also has nice stitching and looks classy but modern. I would recommend this chair.
