This is a well-made landscape path light. Metal construction with LED lamp. It has a very easy clamp on connection to the 12-volt power supply line. It has a nice matt black finish. It also has a solid metal stake to drive into the ground

I bought 18 of these with the intent of installing them throughout my yard. We opened one and assembled it. First off, the threading is difficult to align when putting the stakes together. Once we could get it assembled, we gently tapped in the stake. While tapping, the stake chipped off and the inside parts under the top lid broke and fell out. Returned them all.

Short working life

Worked well for four months, then wouldn't light up.

Looks great & works well. A plus is the bulbs are replaceable vs some that aren't.

Easy to install, looks really nice and enhance your property

Installed 14 of these along a garden path. Assembly was easy, construction is solid. Light is warm. Screws to get to bulb housing are on underside of fixture and difficult to get to once installed. Overall, very satisfied.

The threads that screw the pipe to the light and the anchor were messed up. I had a very difficult time attaching them.

The Hampton Bay Anderson low voltage matte black hat path light fixture is ultra bright for a low voltage lighting fixture. The design and quality are great and the craftsmanship is awesome as well. The outside lighting fixture has been outside for over a year now and it’s still working great and no issues or problems so far. The lighting fixture are very easy to install and come with connections to just be able to connect to to the landscaping wire, but I had to wire up some of mine directly to each other and you can do that if it’s needed for the application.

These are outstanding landscaping lights. Nice quality. Powder coated finish. Our professional landscaper was equally impressed.

Decent, but break easily

These look nice once installed, but they are extremely fragile. The tops break off very easily. The tops connect to the base in a laughable way with almost no support. This causes breakage very easily during install or if a child/adult accidentally knocks into it. I would look at another product.

I was amazed ar how easy they were to install. Went back and bought more.

Easy to install. Looks similar to the Malibu units still working after over 10 years.

The light from the pathway light is so low in lumenscence and falls only below the light cap; very hard to even see from a few ft away. I'll be returning it.

Out of 6 of these lights, only 1 still works 2 years later.

Lights were a good price for the quality. Assembly was very easy and the quick attach to landscape wire power is nice.

The light was easy to connect to the low voltage, (i.e., 12 VDC) electrical wire/source. However, the connector is plastic and it appears that it will eventually, break down due to exposure to the elements. The fixture puts out good light.

I think the design of the fixtures output is very good, adequate, but not overwhelming. Sleek design, very attractive. But 1 major flaw would be the attachment of the hood to the base. The 2 mounting arms of the hood are inadequate, very easy to damage, and will likely not survive even the slightest abuse. I managed to break a mounting arm during installation, and I'm very experienced w/ these products. The average homeowner will not fare so well.
