One word to describe this faucet would be QIALITY. After looking at other faucets, this brand far outweighs the others in construction, finish, and appearance. The only problem we experienced was the faucet arrived in a chrome finish and we ordered brushed nickel. The return and reorder at Home Depot went smoothly. One last thing, even the packaging of the product is top quality. The faucet was well protected.
