Broken glass lantern

Love the lantern and led candle although one of glass sides was broken. So I will be returning it.

Doesn’t light up

It is missing a metal piece that the batteries connect to so it doesn’t work/light up and it looks cheaper than in the picture. Do not recommend.

Garbage quality

The lantern was in pieces delivered. Very disappointed. Returned for refund. Lost the mailing cost!

Quality is not good

The regular price for one of these no way matches the quality. Totally disappointed for what I paid at the sale price. Not worth the hassle to send back and they look ok where I have placed them but again, the quality for even the sale price is way off.

Elegant lantern for front porch

Looks great on my front porch. The light is beautiful at night.

Nice light

Overall lantern is very nice. However, did replace candle with another that uses a remote. Having to open the door to the candle that comes with the lantern was combersome.

Horrible. Can't believe Kohl's shipped them.

I was so excited to when I saw the order had arrived…until I opened the boxes and found these: the one on the right, the paint is all bubbled; the one on the left has an EXTRA hinge and the top is not centered! I am SO disappointed in Kohl’s for even thinking these were okay to ship! I should get a refund, especially for what I paid for them. I have family coming in from Washington state and Vancouver Island to visit, as I have battled cancer for the past two years and they wanted to spend time with me. I cannot believe Kohl’s would ship these!!!

JUNK

This was a joke. Plastic lantern with plastic sides that clipped up. Mine arrived broken - side wouldn't stay clipped. Candle way too small for lantern. Stay away!

Beautiful piece.

This lantern arrived on time and in perfect condition. It looks beautiful at night with a flameless candle glowing inside. The copper trim is a lovely touch. Don't hesitate on this one.

Gave set of 2 to my son and daughter-in-law for their patio/deck. They loved them. I loved all the detail in the glass panels, which also protected the glass in shipping. I had ordered other Hampton Bay in copper, but the glass was broken in both during shipping.

Lantern

Very pretty lantern. the windows are made of plastic and one was dislodged but snapped right back into place with no trouble. It did take an extremely long time to arrive but was worth the wait.

Nice look but poorly constructed.

Very insubstantial and one corner damaged.
