Love this lantern. It shows up nicely against my black wrought iron fence. It has a flickering dim glow at night for some nice ambiance. I have 10 of them on shepherds hooks across my fence and they add that special touch I was looking for.

doesnt charge

The first few weeks of having these lights out in the yard were great until i noticed the batteries started running out. One by one they all started dying which was strange as they are advertized as solar lights. Ive tried recharging the batteries but that hasnt worked. The selling factor foe me was the peomising aspect of having solar powered lanterns and this disnt happen. Giving it a 2/5 stars becaue the asthetics are nice to look at as a nonfunctional lantern

Purchased two of these, nice ambient lighting. One arrived broken and Wayfair shipped out a replacement quickly.

These are just okay, one came with a chipped corner, the plastic it is made of is not very sturdy.

Not bad for the price...and they actually light up pretty bright compared to other solar lights we have purchased. Looks great on a sheppard hook in the garden.

It still needed batteries even though it’s solar which I thought was weird. Batteries instantly died and the light is very, very dim.

The Lumabase solar lanterns are nice in appearance but function isn’t what I expected. I have them hanging from an arbor out in the open and they have a faint glow of light but do not always work. They are not bright enough to see from my dining room window. Disappointed & may return.
