Would give it zero stars if I could

In the 20 +yrs as a QVC customer I have never received an item of such poor quality.The wreath arrived in a old used box that was barely sealed and the needles fromthe wreath fell all over the floor when wreath was removed from box.Can not wait to return.

Lights ‘buried’ so no illumination to Swag

Couldn’t use this swag. The light placement was terrible. The bulbs were “buried” in the greenery so the swag didn’t appear to be illuminated at all. In addition, the bulbs were clustered - not spread throughout the greenery.

I love Macy, but extremely disappointed in the packaging and wreath I just received today. First I can’t believe the packaging, either you delivered it somewhere else first or it left your store or warehouse in this condition. Now I have to return this mess in proper packaging and I am highly disappointed and very upset.

Awful purchase!

As soon as the box opened out fell about 1/2 cup of ‘pine’ needles and more fell out with every movement of the door. The lights worked. Took it down and replaced it with the old wreath whose lights didn’t work. Don’t buy!

Cheap wreath with no greenery!

You can hardly cover the wire frame with the greenery. Very cheap! Not enough greenery! The lights are okay! Not worth the money!

Just the right size.

The branches are very full and it looks real. The only downside is not enough lights to my liking so I added 1 strand of 50 lights and that did the trick.

just from taking out of box, so many needle fell that we had to vacumn the floor. didn't pay much and didnt get much.am returning

The price was high for the quality. After spending a good amount of time shaping it, it was pretty.

This wreath is the perfect size for what I needed it for. It fits perfectly between our garage doors. It came in two pieces. It was easy to put together. I added a bow to it. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Good quality at a great price. Note that it comes in two pieces and you need to squeeze the sections together tightly to screw them together. No instructions were included, which would have been helpful

Very happy with this purchase! A bit pricy, but I wanted a prelit wreath without an electrical cord, so I'm OK with that. Fluffs out nicely and looks very full and impressive on the wall—exactly what I wanted for a spot with a high ceiling. Just be aware that it does NOT have a timer function, just an on/off switch.
