The bench looked great online but when I received it the gold legs look orange. It would be perfect if they were gold. Just know they won’t match anything gold/brass bc they look orange.

Overall I am okay with the bench however for *** the gold foil should look more GOLD and less orange. As I bought this to match the gold legs of my Safavieh Valeria desk but apparently they used two different gold hues, please see pics. In the last picture the foot on the left is from my Safavieh desk and the one on the right is of the bench as you can see the legs of the desk appear more GOLD but the bench has an orange hue. Most ppl won't notice it but as someone who loves gold it is like holding 24k next to 10k. Also If you are buying this bench to actually sit on it on a regular basis I would advise that you get the insurance. For one it isn't comfortable to sit on for longer than 30 seconds especially if you are sitting on the edge because you will immediately feel the base board which doesn't seem sturdy to me. Even if you sit directly in the middle it still feels odd to me. I wasn't a fan of the fabric (nothing wrong with it it, the pics overstock posted are accurate when it comes to the fabric, I just don't like linen) so I upholstered it, as I love leopard print. Depending on how the pattern of your fabric sits you might need more than one yard however if you don't care which direction the fabric runs one yard is more than enough, and it a 5 min job to upholster it so do it yourself don't pay anyone. Side note the Safavieh Valeria desk is a must buy. This door handle is also gold you won't see that in the pics posted as they are inside the cabinet because I haven't put them on Less

Gorgeous, simple, elegant and classy! Don't let the high style fool you; this bench is very strong and sturdy. It fits in beautifully with the rest of my furniture and will undoubtedly add a touch of class to any room you choose to put it in.

5 STARS! Excellent quality and finish. Could not be happier. Highly recommend, especially for the price. Looks much more expensive than it is. Very happy!
