The tree couldn't stand up on its own because the top was too heavy for the tall, thin bamboo bottom it was in so it kept falling over. We put it in a bigger container and purchased more moss to cover up the bottom. It will do for now, but overall, disappointed with the purchase.

At a distance the tree is absolutely beautiful and looks very real. When you get up close to it though it is pretty obvious that it's not real. I'm going to have to make sure that I put it back in the corner somewhere where it's not in a general walkway or path of my house so folks just see it from afar and assume that I have a green thumb.

Should be called "NOT Nearly Natural." Leaves were paper-like, color was not near the color of ficus leaves. Didn't even have to finish unpacking it - one look at the color and one touch of the texture was enough to tell me that I did not want this product.

I was very disappointed that the tree did not have near as many branches as the picture showed. The branches didn't start until a foot higher up the tree and was not near as full as the Home Depot picture shows.
