Leaves were folded/crushed with unnatural looking creases due to packaging. NOT at all ‘Nearly Natural’. Looks very very fake.

I love the plant that’s just the right size for the area that I needed. The leads are nice and big and stand pretty tall perfect perfect for my spot.

The part of the stem without leaves is actually longer than the image, seems to need to start the leaves closer to the base so it looks more full instead of more dry and lonely.

I have other plants from NN but I am disappointed in this purchase. I feel that the item does not meet the size that was stated in the description. I am not able to use it where it was originally planned for. Lite hesitant to order another plant I am looking at now.

Poor Customer Service & Damaged Item

Product came damaged. It’s been over a month and still waiting to hear back from the company after sending an email, leaving a voicemail and speaking with 2 customer service agents that promised a prompt response back. First time customer, unfortunately it‘ll be my last time using the company. Not one to leave a bad review or any for that matter but when the company continues sending me emails regarding my purchase but not a response to my damaged product, I had no choice but to leave a review.

Very cheap! Tiny holes in some of the leaves. The pot it comes in was so scratched up and some areas its discolored. Not happy with this item, especially for the price! Looks better from far away!

The tree looks even BETTER than the picture, at least to me!!! It also looks real, vibrant, AND I was told my space was “comfortable” by a visitor AFTER I had put up my tree!!!
