We had a problem with ups delivering the package all beat up. The plant and especially the planter were a mess. Contacted customer service at Nearly Natural and they sent a whole new plant at no charge. It arrived just fine and we are very happy with how it looks. Great customer service! Beautiful plant!

Good size
This plant actually is a good size for a small space or corner. Mine didn’t come with any top filling, so I just bought a bag of dried moss at the garden store to fill and it turned out nicely. For a faux plant, this looks very realistic one you manipulate the leaves and fluff it out.

Damaged Planter
The tree was delivered in a damaged planter. I was sent a return label; boxed it and took it to Fed Ex. I was asked to contact Nearly Natural when tree arrived at your dock. Time consuming.
I purchased this bamboo pot because I had a small hallway and the foliage is full, the pot was an antique red which played well with my surroundings

Cute little tree that sits on one side of my den television, under family photos. This tree came full and looks nice. Unfortunately, i ordered a 6ft version of this tree also that does not look so great. Nevertheless, I am happy with this purchase.
Nice look.
The tree doesn't look like the picture. It came with the leaves straight up and didn't feel like you could bend the branches. Instructions would have been nice.

Very disappointed with this Bamboo plant. GARBAGE!!! Absolutely not worth the money. I threw the box and packaging away, should have returned this item.
