Could be packaged more securely but otherwise a great quality buy.
Poor Packaging!
Order arrived on time but was just thrown in a box, not wrapped or packed/secured in anything. Green contents of basket were all over inside of box including ivy that had come off of wire. Very poor packaging. Item not as full looking as pictured.
Okay
The faux plant came in a box. Inside the box wasn't any protection on the sides so the plant must of been bouncing around during shipping. When I took the plant out of the box dirt was everywhere and part of the plant was loose. If this is the way they do business, I don't want any part of it.

Not full enough for my liking. Needed a topper for my bookcase at the office. It’s just okay to me.

Considering the comments before I ordered it, I was satisfied. The quality is what you pay for. I’m not sure how they said it is 36” long. Even with the branches stretched out, its probably 24". it works foe the space ii waned to fill. i was able to fluff and turn the branches.

Just received in the mail today. It was way too small and looked nothing like the picture. The quality couldn't get an cheaper. Not worth the money I paid especially since it came from Macy's.

When I opened the box leaves were falling out. In your website the plant looked very full. It was far from full. It looked like a Charlie Brown Christmas tree. Very sparse!!!!!!!!!
