Love this rug. I got the 8x10 size which may be a little large for my room, but really ties together my love for all things Mackenzie Childs. Much more affordable than an actual Mackenzie rug. Used in the dining room and chairs slide nicely over it. Minus one star because it doesn’t lay flat easily. Does bunch up a little in spots, but it’s deal able

The material is very soft almost feels like a soft velour, my problem is the color is off some of the squares look gray rather than black

False color

Rug is not black and white like I ordered. It’s more of a faded black. I have this rug in a smaller size and the black is definitely more of a true black

Poor packaging

I really love the pattern which is why I purchased it but the way they packaged it was TERRIBLE! They folded the rug in thirds then rolled it up. The rug now has 4 permanent creases that I am *hoping* will eventually flatten out naturally. So now the rug currently looks like it has 4 waves throughout. If it doesn’t, I will be returning this rug. So sad how the packaging ruins a good product.

They advertised two different sized carpets and sent me two of the the same size 5x7 yet charged me more than double the price of the 5x7 size carpet for the 8x10 that I ordered and sent me 2 5x7. I want my money refunded and would not bother purchasing this item.

I absolutely loved the way my rug was packaged. It had no lines left in rug when unfolded. It was if rug had been down for months. And my daughter whom loves dirt track races absolutely loved it as I bought it as a gift for her. I would give it 10 stars if I could

I needed a nice, puppy friendly rug for my dining room, and this rug certainly does the trick. I was surprised at how great it looks for the price point. It is thin, so I recommend a rug pad but it's perfect for my needs. I haven't washed it yet, but knowing that is an option makes me love this rug even more.

It's pretty, and I do like the material. The green squares are like a weave, the white are softer and fluffy. We have kids and dogs. Our very nice and expensive rugs have given up the ghost a long time ago. So we decided that instead of replacing them we get the thinner cheaper ones. Accidents inevitably happen and when they do we either shampoo or trash them. They do say washable and our machine will do it. The problem is spin cycle. It just goes off balance no matter what. So your left trying to pull a now saturated rug out to hang up to dry. If you insist on cleaning this way I recommend a coin laundromat. We just use a carpet shampooer. It's just easier for us. Just know it can be and will survive the wash. Even repeatedly. We just prefer the shampooer.

Softer than expected and exactly as pictured. Stays flat in my kids room and doesn’t roll up. Great quality for the price! Like that it’s cotton vs synthetic too.

The checker pattern is different than what the image originally showed, but I like it better that way. Its very comfortable to walk on and is well made.

I do a lot of table top gaming with friends at my place with frequent spills in the area. I just got new carpet and didn't want it getting ruined right away so i picked this up and it's already saved the carpet once. It's not terribly soft but it doesn't need to be, it works great as a cover and is super easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Rug!

Size is perfect, binding is great too. The nap on carpet is so soft! Thin carpet with good rubber backing. Wanted a burst of color for my bathroom and I sure got that! It is beautiful.

Really pretty in person. Doesn't look cheap. So soft under your feet. Probably stains easily so I keep my shoes off it. Haven't washed it yet, so I don't know the durability

Nice rug

Got this checkered rug too add some pop to a guest room. It works very nicely for that. It would be easy to wash in your home machine if needed.
