It’s sturdy and beautiful but has a slight wobble that my hubby couldn’t get rid of no matter how hard he tried. Of note-the metal base was spray painted a navy color to match my existing furniture. Also…the fabric on the seat is super soft but it is white so be careful. I can’t imagine it’ll clean easily when I eventually drop a mascara wand or spill something on it 😬

I would recommend this ottoman, but it's okay quality, not excellent. You get what you pay for, it works for my use. The blue is a pretty shade of blue and looks like the photo online. The gold finish looks a little cheap, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I'll be using it in my front entry/hall which is not brightly lit, so it will work.

Epic fail

First of all, the color is not even close to the one online. They are a grey blue color. Secondly it was so poorly made that simply putting on the legs became an hour long chore. The legs are metal, didn't fit into their respective slots and the screws didn't go in correctly. I would send these back if I hadn't taken the time and energy to put them together. Don't waste your $$.

Sturdy, veey nice looking & easy to assemble

I bought this to go with the my desk (IKEA Vittsjo) turned vanity and it meets every expectation! It was well packaged, took all of 10 minutes to assemble and looks perfect with my makeup desk. The gold is a true gold, not too light but also not overly bright and shiny, the top is the same off white as shown in the picture. It is sturdy and comfortable to sit on. I love it! I would add a picture but I do not have the option on this review.

This ottoman is just the right size for my den. I wanted something that I could move around easily, so that I could prop my feet up. It can also serve as extra seating, if needed. The color is true to the website and the velvet is soft. The stool is sturdy and easy to assemble, but the instructions only show pictures, no explanations. The gold metal base coordinates well with other items in the room. Be sure to look carefully in the box, because the legs are packaged separately from the X-base, near the end of the box. The screws and Allen wrench are taped to the divider cardboard of the packaging.
