very happy with chair

Don't know what to say because my chair came on Friday, 6/7/24, but since the arm was bent they couldn't fully assemble it. I was very disappointed. I rearranged my day to ensure I would be home to accept delivery and now will have to stay home yet another day to get the replacement part and then to have a tech come over and complete the assembly. I'll let you know how much I like it when I can use it, hopefully soon.

quality is beautiful. This is my first massage chair so i don't have anything to compare it to really,, BUT my friend who bought a chair from American furn warehouse for 1600... Though i'm enjoying the chair it does not have any massage for the Gluts! Lets face it thats a big muscle that i'm not getting. It does have sway which moves side to side and thats nice but I'm thinking this is a chair with excelling quality and no massage for the booty?! This is where I'm disappointed.

The chair was delivered with no issues; excellent quality, strong and durable. I'm still getting the hang of the different settings, but this wonderful chair makes me feel amazing!

Over 3 weeks in. Still hasn’t showed, awful shipping and customer service. I was told 2 weeks and here we are. Supposedly showed up damaged when I called to see why it hasn’t came however nobody ever contacted me to keep me in the loop. Save your headache and shop elsewhere.
