We had this table for about a year before we started noticing cracks in the acrylic. We called customer service right away. They asked us to email customer service with pictures. We did. No resolution. I called back and were told to email pictures again. They deleted the last review. Really feels like they k ow this product has issues but won’t replace our table. In fact won’t even respond.
Just shut down from customer service
I used this table for about a year before the cracks and blistering in the acrylic started. I called and emailed customer service. Sent pictures. Almost 2 months went by before they even responded. There was a lot of “well how did you clean it” etc. I felt like they were trying to constantly displace the responsibility for this item. I have the matching light fixture and have had no problems. The table is now almost unusable. The acrylic has started cracking and separating almost everywhere. They didn’t even respond to my last email at all. It’s been another 2 months…. No response. Disappointing.
