Family Friendly Luxury

The velvet is really gorgeous and easy to clean. So Id rate this as toddler friendly, We have had this couch for a littl eunder a month and my 1year old as already spilled milk on it and it cleaned right up no problem. Its a little smaller than I anticipated but I think that has to to with the low profile of the back. We came from a couch that was the exact same length but with a higher tufted back so it felt bigger, this one feels more compact. I think it is very comfortable. The seat cushions are firm and the back pillows are softer. I deducted 1 star because I feel like the back pillows loose their shape easily. I find myself fluffing them a lot. Which is slightly annoying but not enough for me to regret the purchase. We will definitely be completing the set either with the Love seat or 2 of the arm chairs.

First off the couches look nice but they are just alright. The cushions are pretty stiff when they first arrive and the back cushions loose form easily. They look nice but for the price and time waited I could have found something better. The one star is more aimed towards the goedekers and their entire customer service team which should all be fired. No follow up EVER! I actually cancelled the second part of my order because it was supposed to be back " in stock" January 4th. Well it's February 9th and no update of course. All they do is change the dates on their pages everyday for when the item is "estimated" to leave their warehouse. Absolutely shameful!

***DISSATISFIED*** I ordered two of these sofas and when they were delivered (at 6:15am) the delivery men insisted on unpacking the sofas and took multiple pictures. They did not take the packaging however they left it outside on the ground. After one was delivered, and before they carried the other inside, I expressed concern about my satisfaction of the product and asked about refusing the delivery. They told me no I could not refuse the delivery and that arrangements would have to be made through the company and they would pick it up. I called Comfyco two weeks later as we have been busy with work and two school age children and homeschooling. I explained and also told them that one of the sofas was ripped on the bottom and that it also squeaked when we sat on it. I also told the gentleman when I called in that I wanted to keep one and return the other. They told me I could not return the product and they offered me absolutely nothing. I am COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED with this purchase, the quality and the customer service. I will never order from comfyco again.

The chair appears modern and very high end. It’s can sit an adult and child comfortably.

The chair is very pretty and seems to be good quality for the price. It did come damaged but it is being replaced. It comes with chrome and gold legs so you can choose which you prefer. It is grey however it has a slight purple hue to it, which worked for me so I liked it. I bought this chair a year ago and decided to add another one and was worried that would not match 100% but they do. Overall very happy.

Pleasantly surprised. I got a Great set of furniture for decent money. Good quality velvet and seem pretty sturdy. Both shipped in secure boxes. they also included both- chrome and gold legs so you can decide which one you will go with - I thought it was pretty cool. The couch is little firm but comfortable.

Love these chairs... paired it with a black and cream rug and it looks amazing!
