Best pillow

I have had neck surgery. I have tried a million pillows. I always come back to this one. I buy them for friends & family.

Soft pillows

We love our pillows. They are perfect. It’s the first ones we have found that does not cause us to wake up with stiff necks.

Not very full...

I decided to try these and wish I had stuck with the DownEtc Pillows I had always purchased. I fluffed them and put in the dryer on air to plump them. But they are just undersized and underfilled. They don't even fill the king cases.

Only pillows I buy

Great quality pillow. Soft down, firm enough to provide a little support but not put my neck in a weird position.

Extremely Comfortable

I have neck problems and have had trouble finding a pillow that is not too fluffy but is soft and has some support. This pillow seems to be what I need. It’s flat enough so my neck is not at an angle yet it gives me just the right amount of support.

Sleeping like a baby!

I love my new pillow! The size is perfect, and although I can sink into it, it doesn't smother me. I'm sleeping like a baby with my new pillow!

Down Pillows

Love these pillows. They have great recovery. I’d have given a 5 star but they weren’t as full as I’d have liked. The fabric is well made, I don’t feel feathers push through. Would buy again if they were a little fuller.

almost sent this back, glad I didn’t

I was shopping for a 2 pack of pillows and believed that’s what I was ordering because of the picture. I had also looked at a lot of pillow options so that probably added to the confusion. The description didn’t indicate a two pack so that was my fault. When the package arrived I realized my mistake. The pillow was also VERY FLAT AND THIN but it comes with a note saying they compress it for shipping. I was doubtful this pillow would puff up to my satisfaction . Disappointed, I threw it on the bed with the intention of returning it. When I came back a few hours later, it was a different pillow. I went ahead and kept it, using it that night. It’s a perfect pillow. I’m very happy with it and slept well. The card in the package also mentions that you can throw it in the dryer to puff it up even more.

Flat

The pillows really seemed undefiled. I have never had a pillow this flat. It was nothing like the ones at the hotel.

Great Product and Great Customer Service

My wife and I were at a Marriott property in Raleigh, NC. Back home in Shaker Heights,k OH, I had just purchased a new mattress and pillows. The pillows were a big mistake (and expensive). Well, when I put my head on the pillows in the hotel room, I said, "I have to have a couple of these." From the label on the pillow, we ascertained the manufacturer, called them, figured out which line they were and order a pair. The woman answering the phone could not have been more helpful. We intent on ordering a couple of more for my wife.

Smaller size than expected

The quality of the pillows is fine even though they are thinner than expected. The size is standard, which means than they are not as wide as pillows that are marked as standard/queen. They are more appropriate for children as to size. They are soft and comfortable.

Good Pillow

After reading many glowing reviews about the pillow, I had to try it. It is a good pillow, no doubt, but I didn’t find it to be anything special.

Pillows not totally happy

We have been using Sheraton pillows for 8 years. The new ones I just bought are much thinner than our older ones.
