This is Ms. Pearl, David purchased them for me, I love them but, 2 of them(out of a total of 6) and they are a little bit too small, one is opened and the other is still in the bag. I need the next size and would like to speak to an expert to get right, is there a number I can call or can someone call me?

This one fits beautifully, just right. I need to get the tape to keep its edges from rolling up. It is located in the kitchen near the sitting counter which has a lot of traffic there.

Color discrepancies due to device used to view vs. actual rug

This rug was delivered in good condition. It's craftsmanship and materials had no defects. While I was satisfied with Ms. Hawkins' explanations, prompt responses and kind assistance (She's certainly an asset to Rugs Direct!), I wish that the color shades of the actual rug match the picture on RD's website. I chose it based on the picture as it ties up best with my Mother's furniture, furnishings and wall paint. I accepted it to minimize efforts of scouting for a different rug, communication, etc.
