my boyfriend said it's comfortable if you were in a conference. Without it reclining it's not really comfortable. Assembly required. Also, you can't return it to BBB once you assemble it. Their return wording is flawed, it's return and replace. I had to go direct to the manufacturer and they were more helpful, so if you are interested in this product go direct and not through BBB.

Alot to like about this 2-seater power reclining sofa. For instance:

Firm yet comfy

This recliner is firm, and very comfortable. We needed a recliner that would give enough lower back support. This recliner fits the bill. Easy to assemble, and took up less room than our other recliner. We love it, and highly recommend.
