The 3 towel metal wall rack is great, the measurements are correct for this online except it’s not 5.6 inches wide, it should say deep (D) not (W) as it is listed online. This is important for the buyer to know for placement & function of the item. Your larger rack like this has 2 different measurements listed an inch different, please have your staff that inputs these measurements pay more attention to this. And allow them to use a depth measurement, (on this item how far it comes out from the wall) use width (when looking at item, side to side, across) and length (on this item, longer measure, actual height ) correctly. This would help with customer satisfaction, save money and grief, to standardize this. Thank you. Otherwise great product.

I would have preferred brushed chrome, but all styles with that finish were out of stock. Other than that, it will work very well for me. I have not yet installed it, but all the proper hardware is there.
