Damaged

The box outside looked ok, when we opened 2 days after the delivery , the marble is damaged and one of the sink was broken.

The vanity appeared to be beautiful but it arrived on its side on the pallet. I opened the top of the box just enough to discover the marble top and one of the sinks was cracked beyond repair. I returned it. By the time I had a chance to consider ordering a replacement the price had gone up and the shipping estimate was longer so I had to go with another vanity from a different vendor in order to complete my project on time. I did get a compete refund from Home Depot.

I ordered the 72" cashmere gray double vanity that included 2 mirrors, and backsplash . The craftmenship of dove tailing and slow closing draws were a plus for me! The quality of the product is great and it was delivered on time and withour any issues or flaws! In a separte order I purchased 21.25" Wide White Engineered Stone Side Splash For Vanity Sink Top. That did not work for me as the color match was not what I expected. So I returned the side slash

Overall looks nice, but the marble has some potting and the bottom “soft close” drawer doesn’t work properly. It is furniture-like quality. It’s so heavy that getting it on the house was an effort, and the contractor didn’t love having to hang the mirror.

Beautiful 72" vanity

Vanity is sleek, modern, elegant, and the statement piece for our Master Bathroom reno project. It is a substantial piece with a beautiful marble top, soft close doors, chrome drawer pulls, and an internal shelf on each side. Espresso, but almost looks black. Real wood, extremely heavy, and was almost impossible to get up the stairs. We used the shoulder dolly with one guy on front and 3 on the back, had to tilt it up on its side and turn it once we got it to the top of the stairs. Beautiful!!!

The listing did not say that the vanity top was a matte finish. When it arrived, it looked as though the counter was upside down, that we were seeing the back of it. And, it had streaks on the finish between the two sinks. Shiny streaks on the matte finish. Was ready to return it, but tried some soft scrub on the marks, and they came off for the most part.

Can NOT remove the countertop

A 72 inch vanity, constructed of solid hardwood, with a marble top that does not come off. Considering most primary suite bathrooms are on a second floor, this is quite possibly the stupidest vanity choice I could make. Good luck getting it upstairs, or anywhere really. Seriously - a 72 inch vanity with a non removable top, that is crazy. Too bad, because the reviews show it's a solid product. But many others have brackets for mounting the countertop after cabinet installation. I will not be installing this.

BE WARE it's a SCAM Wayfair made me believe that I am purchasing zero interest for 12 months special financing through their credit card. Before i know it monthly statements shows interest charged and no mention of special financing. This is the end of my relationship with Wayfair. Consumer be ware !!!I will be also submitting a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

Gorgeous!

We put this in our master bath and it looks amazing! It's crazy-heavy though, so be prepared! No assembly needed-but think through where it needs to go. We had to maneuver it up a staircase and around a tight corner which almost didn't work. Once it was in, though, we were thrilled. It is well worth the price!

Love the look but a bit difficult to maintain

Purchased and installed in 2021. As others have said, this was massively heavy and difficult to get upstairs to the 2nd floor. But once installed, we have been very happy with how it looks and functions. We find the marble gets water stained and its difficult if not impossible to maintain the original clean appearance. Looks great in the bathroom.

I love this bath vanity. It's the perfect size. The gray color is beautiful and matches that in my tile. The sinks are a good depth. The inside cupboards are adequate for all my stuff. But mostly, it really looks great in my new bathroom!!!

Terrible Product-Late Shipping

This vanity was terrible and wasn't delivered on time. Don't choose this because it says it will be delivered in 2-3 days. It took mine 2 weeks for shipping from CA to MO and I had to pick it up from the carrier because it missed the local truck, twice!

Absolutely gorgeous!!

I'm extremely pleased with this vanity! The top comes already attached to the bottom, which caused us a tiny bit of trouble, but it all worked out in the end. I didn't want a marble counter top, but the contractor was able to get it off in one piece and I was able to re-sell it. The overall quality is very good. It is constructed with 3/4 inch plywood - no MDF - so it weighs a ton. (Figuratively, not literally.) The color is perfect for my design and the price was extremely reasonable for the quality. I would definitely recommend this manufacturer! Is it possible to get touch-up paint? I installed the TP holder too high and need to move it.

Small area where adhesive (caulk?) glopped onto front facing area of counter top on left side and unfortunately is visible. Will return and replace with same unit. Otherwise, very high quality for price! Shipping was excellent!

Highly recommend

This is a beautiful, quality vanity, very well constructed, very heavy! The top is glued to it so when moving it into your bathroom, you will need some strong people. I purchased the large single mirror to go above and it really makes a statement! LOVE it!

It’s beautiful, as pictured on the website. Great quality, from top to bottom: the marble top and backsplash, the wood, the handles, the shelves inside. It will totally transform my bathroom once it is installed. Bathroom still in renovation at this time. Can’t wait to be done and have a new vanity. I will post a picture, when its in place. . The mirror is sturdy and great quality as well. I couldn’t find any measurements for the mirror on the website, when I placed the order. So, I took a chance on that one. It is slightly too big for the space above the vanity, but I could probably use it on a different wall. . Both the mirror and the vanity were very well packaged, so it arrived without any damages. I signed up for shipment and tracking notifications, so I knew when it would delivered, so it didn’t sit in my driveway for very long. . I am very pleased so far with this purchase. I will post an update once it’s installed and used for a while.

Water Creation Madison 72-in Monarch Blue Undermou

Came as advertised. the item was well packaged in the crate. No damage to the vanity or sink, it was very heavy, but we were able to load it on a dolly and push it into the bathroom where we tipped it in place. The was very sturdy and did not move or warp during the installation.

72" vanity, wish I would have the reviews.

Ordered sight unseen and was shipped to my home. Due to size and weight I hired people to put it in place. Description stated top was sealed at the factory.I was not happy with the finish but it was not easy to return so we kept it. Soon found out that top was not sealed as well as poorly finished. No help from Water Creation or Lowes. One year warranty is a joke as Water Creation won't even return calls and Lowes cannot help beyond 90 days. Buyer beware!

Building a new house . . Haven't installed yet . . This will be the "jewel" in my master bath . . Can't wait to use it! Very pleased with quality and dealing with Overstock :-)

Beautiful vanity

Vanity is well constructed and fully assembled, including vanity top. Getting 300 lbs up a flight of stairs was challenging. There is little room between the faucet location and the backsplash. If you have a faucet with a plunger that angles back when it pulls up, it may not work. We got a faucet with a pop up drain instead of a plunger and that worked great. NOTE: if you plan to swap out the cabinet hardware, be aware that the door knobs are drilled with TWO holes that are 1.25" center to center. Not the easiest to find!
