Wood finish much darker than pictured

I will be returning this to the store. The issue is that the stain is much darker than pictured and it doesn’t match the other pieces which it is to compliment.

First bed was delivered with a cracked headboard and the second bed was delivered with a cracked headboard. Poor quality. Don't waste your time because getting these two shipments repackaged and returned took a massive amount of time. Phone calls, time repackaging, confusion on the pickups and times, etc.

Although I did not get the right bed / legs, the rest of the service was good. The high of bed legs different from the one I received. The description was 11 inches high online but I received 10 inches. I called the customer service and they were promptly replying I received what I ordered. One inch may not make a big difference but the product description should match what is sold to the customer. The online information should be updated to correct this.

It’s a nice bed frame. Seems sturdy and the finish looks even better in person. The first headboard we received was cracked in shipping which was not the fault of Wayfair or the manufacturer. They were very prompt and helpful in sending a replacement headboard, and do so quickly. The second headboard had some issues with the holes lining up precisely. This was not a problem with the first headboard. Despite these issues I would recommend the product and I am happy that I purchased it.

Nice solid bed. Took about an hour and a half to put together by myself. The queen size fits perfectly in my small 10x11 guest room

Quality is terrible. Now I have the headache of trying to return 2 bed frames. Not impressed at all.

We really like this bed frame! I was worried about quality as you can never really tell with Wayfair, but it is a really sharp looking bed and the quality is good! It fits our space nicely and is a handsome piece that goes with our other furniture.

Love the look and finish. But the slats for the platform were hard to line up and screw down.

Wish the wood were a little thicker, but it definitely looks nice and is perfect for our beach place!

Nice product A little tricky to put together for one person alone, but very solid.

For the price, I like this bed frame. It went together fairly easily but we added screws in the slats. After three nights of just regular sleeping, two of the supports under the bed fell out so my husband made his own which are quite sturdy. Just remember that you get what you pay for. This isn’t a fine piece of heavy wood furniture that you will be able to use for years and years. But it looks nice and after almost three weeks it’s still holding up.

This is a great kids bed. It came broken and with missing pieces, but Overstock sent a new one right away and it was perfect for my sons bedroom.
